We’re extremely proud to share the news that Sam Garfield has been awarded one of 12 prestigious ‘Lady Mayor’s Livery Apprentice’ awards for 2026. Sam, who works at T.R.White & Co Gunmakers in Stafford, completed his 4-year apprenticeship in August, with a bursary award from The Gunmakers Trust. Sam has also applied to the Certification Panel at Worshipful Company of Gunmakers for formal accreditation. Congratulations to Sam and to all the other winners from across the London Livery Companies.

Sam’s commitment to quality, work ethic and the overall success of the workshop is outstanding. He supports the business not only through his bench work but also through customer service and events, showing a strong sense of responsibility and pride in the trade, making him an invaluable member of the team.
