Apprentices at the Nomination Dinner – The Mansion House, London

On the 2^nd November, the annual Nomination Dinner of the Gunmakers took place at the Mansion House and was attended by over 250 guests. The GCCT we were delighted to host two apprentices from Purdey at the dinner who were demonstrating some of their recent work during the champagne reception.

Macie Gray started her apprenticeship on the 1^st May 2022 and Henry Clews commenced on the 1^st September 2021. Many of the Liverymen commented on the high quality of the work and how nice it was to include gunmaking apprentices in the event. The GCCT did ask several provincial gunmakers to the dinner, unfortunately, they were unable to come.
