
Elisabeth Reyes is a governance and organisational leader who runs an independent consultancy practice advising organisations on leadership positioning, reputation and stakeholder engagement. With more than two decades of experience supporting boards, trustees and senior principals across charitable, media and commercial sectors, she has particular expertise in organisational stewardship, operational oversight and the coordination of high-level events and formal engagements. She previously served as Managing Director of a London-based French radio station, where she held responsibility for strategic development, operations and external relations within a regulated broadcast environment.
She contributes to the organisation of the annual Master Awards Ceremony, delivered in partnership with City & Guilds at Mansion House, working closely with senior stakeholders to uphold the reputation and distinction of this important City occasion. She also holds leadership and communications responsibilities for the Rotary Club of London, supporting public engagement and membership development.
Elisabeth is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Gunmakers and is actively engaged in supporting the Company’s charitable and educational work, together with its wider contribution to the civic life of the City of London.
Her experience in governance, stakeholder engagement and civic participation supports the work of The Gunmakers Trust in safeguarding and promoting the heritage, skills and future of British gunmaking.

The Gunmakers Trust is the charitable arm of the Worshipful Company of Gunmakers, which was incorporated by Royal Charter in 1637 to promote and regulate gunmaking, a role it still fulfils today.
