Adam enjoyed an extensive career working in the London financial markets for institutions such as Natwest, Lloyds Bank and most recently, Santander. He is the co-director of Gallyon Gun & Rifle Makers, a maker of fine British made shotguns. He combines his passion for shooting with his wealth of business experience, to lead the commercial operations at Gallyon.
He is a regular and enthusiastic shot and is a proud member of the Worship Company of Gunmakers. It is this passion for gunmaking that motivated him to his role as a Trustee of the GCCT. Adam has a lifelong passion for the countryside and the pursuits this affords, he enjoys all aspects of country sports, from stalking, game shooting, clay pigeons and when not shooting, enjoys golf and dinghy sailing.

The Gunmakers Company Charitable Trust is the charitable arm of the Worshipful Company of Gunmakers which was incorporated by Royal Charter in 1637 to promote and regulate gunmaking, a role it still fulfils today.
